1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and wee88 ("wee88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website accessible at wee88.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to casino gaming, sports betting, live dealer games, and any other products made available through the Platform.

wee88 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving the Malaysian market and other eligible jurisdictions. The Platform is operated under an international gaming licence. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a claim of regulation by Bank Negara Malaysia, the Malaysian Ministry of Finance, or any Malaysian domestic regulatory authority, as no such domestic online gambling licence exists in Malaysia.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the wee88 platform for the purpose of accessing gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User's Account subject to wagering requirements and conditions specified at the time of the offer.
• "Eligible User" means any individual who meets all registration and eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slot machines, table games, crash games, fishing games, lottery-style games, and any other entertainment products accessible through the Platform.
• "Jurisdiction" means the country or territory from which the User accesses the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and document verification process required before the processing of withdrawals.
• "Platform" means the wee88 website at wee88.cam, including all sub-pages, services, and associated applications.
• "Restricted Territory" means any country or jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited under applicable law.
• "Sports Betting" means the placing of wagers on the outcome of sporting events, including but not limited to football (Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA competitions), MMA (UFC), basketball, tennis, and other markets available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary supported currency on the Platform.

3 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of the wee88 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. wee88 enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. All Users are required to submit valid government-issued identification as part of the KYC process to verify their age before any withdrawal is processed.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is made available to users in Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions. Users accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory — being any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law — do so at their own risk. wee88 expressly disclaims responsibility for any consequences arising from access by users in Restricted Territories. It is each User's sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing wagers.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the wee88 Platform. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise related accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any associated balances, and permanent banning from the Platform.

3.4 Personal Use Only

Users may only register an account in their own name and for their own personal use. Registering on behalf of another person, operating an account for commercial purposes, or acting as an agent for third-party bettors is expressly prohibited.

4 Registration & Account Management

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money services on wee88, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and phone number. Users must not provide false, misleading, or fictitious information at any stage of registration or subsequent account management.

4.2 Account Security

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. wee88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Any activity conducted through a User's account — regardless of whether it was conducted by the account holder — is the account holder's responsibility. Users must notify wee88 support immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

4.3 KYC Verification

wee88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, and shall require such documents before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid MyKad (Malaysian Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. wee88 may also request proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4.4 Account Currency

All wee88 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made via supported local payment channels — including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank — are processed in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at time of deposit.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

wee88 currently accepts deposits via the following channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating banks), 7-Eleven CLiQQ cash payments, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier section at time of deposit.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used by the account holder, or to a method in the account holder's own verified name. wee88 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before a withdrawal request can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• The account must be fully KYC-verified
• All applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied
• The requested amount must not exceed daily or monthly withdrawal limits
• The account must be in good standing with no active fraud or collusion flags

5.3 Processing Times

wee88 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost) — typically 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers (FPX / DuitNow) — typically 15 to 60 minutes; cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) — typically 15 to 45 minutes, subject to network conditions. These are indicative processing times and are not guaranteed. wee88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification that may extend these timeframes.

5.4 Fees

wee88 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on most supported methods. For cryptocurrency withdrawals, standard network (gas) fees may apply. Any fees applicable to a specific method will be clearly disclosed in the cashier before the transaction is confirmed. Third-party payment providers may impose their own fees independent of wee88.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

wee88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, birthday bonuses, and VIP program benefits. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Games may contribute at different percentages towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements — for example, slots may contribute 100%, whilst live table games may contribute a lower percentage. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

wee88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting welcome offers with multiple accounts, using arbitrage betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, or using automated software to place bets. wee88 reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and account balances, and to permanently ban users found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6.4 Referral Programme

The Refer a Friend programme allows eligible account holders to earn a referral bonus of MYR 38 per successful referral, subject to the referred user completing registration and meeting minimum deposit and wagering requirements. Self-referrals, bulk referrals using non-genuine accounts, and any other artificial referral activity will be treated as fraud. All referral bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements.

6.5 Birthday Bonus

Birthday bonuses are awarded based on the account holder's VIP tier at the time of the birthday month, ranging from MYR 188 (Bronze) to MYR 2,688 (VIP). A verified date of birth on the KYC record is required to claim a birthday bonus. Birthday bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and may only be claimed once per calendar year per account.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports wagers placed on wee88 are subject to the applicable rules of the relevant sport and the specific market rules published on the Platform. wee88 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of obvious pricing errors, system faults, or where a bet has been placed in contravention of these Terms. Disputes regarding bet settlements must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant event result being published. Decisions made by wee88 regarding bet settlement are final.

7.2 Casino Games

All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not represent guaranteed outcomes for any individual session. wee88 accepts no liability for losses arising from normal game outcomes. Maximum bet limits may apply when wagering with bonus funds.

7.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or communication interruption that affects the outcome of a game or the settlement of a bet, wee88 reserves the right to void the relevant transaction and return any stakes to the account holder's balance. wee88 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings or profits arising from technical errors.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the wee88 Platform:

• Registering or operating more than one account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information
• Using the Platform if under the age of 21
• Attempting to circumvent Platform security, geolocation systems, or verification procedures
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or other forms of betting fraud
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or technical glitches for financial gain
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wee88 staff or other users
• Making chargebacks or disputed payment claims in bad faith
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without prior written consent

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, permanent banning, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the wee88 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, audio, and software, is the intellectual property of wee88 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Nothing in these Terms grants Users any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content. Unauthorised use of wee88's intellectual property may give rise to legal claims.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wee88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings arising from use or inability to use the Platform
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, regardless of how they arise
• Loss of data, corruption of data, or system incompatibility issues
• Delays, interruptions, or errors in Platform availability
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or other service providers

wee88's total aggregate liability to any User, in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by wee88

wee88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, at its sole discretion, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in the event of: suspected fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or any activity that wee88 reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.

11.2 Account Closure by User

Users may request closure of their account at any time by contacting wee88 customer support. Prior to account closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved and any remaining balance is eligible for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and processing requirements. Accounts closed at the user's request for responsible gambling reasons may be subject to a self-exclusion period before reopening requests are considered.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account, whether by wee88 or the User, all licences granted under these Terms shall immediately cease. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law shall survive termination.

12 Responsible Gambling

wee88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools including voluntary deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options to all account holders. 13 Privacy & Data

By accepting these Terms, Users also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Users have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to wee88's legal retention obligations.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which wee88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with wee88 support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as determined by wee88 at its discretion.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, wee88 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

15 Amendments to These Terms

wee88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, wee88 will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominently displayed notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not agree to amended Terms must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
